The killer online job-search site? Monster.com, of course.

But Monster has some serious competition from copycats and innovators. Are any good enough to be worth your attention? We've just reviewed six of the hottest job-search sites to find out.

The winner? You won't be surprised if I tell you that Monster still reigns supreme. But you'd be doing yourself a disservice if it was the only site you considered.

I like some of the other sites' features, such as CareerShop's salary wizard, CareerBuilder's international listings and the ability at HotJobs.com of blocking up to 20 companies from viewing your resume.

But one site, JobsOnline.com, is so annoying that you'll want to stay far away. Our review tells you why.
