18% of biotech companies to use electronic data capture within the next 12 months

Life Science Insights data shows that the percentage of pharma and biotech companies using electronic data capture in trials will grow from only 7% in June 2005 to over 18% in the next 12 months. Another 30% of pharma and biotech companies will be using EDC in 50-90% of their trials in 12 months.
