3.7% of .com, .net and .org domains miss required contact fields

3.7% of domain names ending in .com, .net and .org contain missing information in required contact fields, according to Government Accountability Office. In all, 3.9 mln names, or about 8.7%, contain contact details that "appeared obviously and intentionally false" or are incomplete.
