3Com Corp. has agreed to acquire Kerbango Inc. in a deal worth $80 million. Kerbango makes a product that allows consumers to access Internet radio broadcasts without being hooked up to a PC. Kerbango also announced Tuesday a deal with Thomson Multimedia to produce an RCA-branded Internet Radio that uses Kerbango technology. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNet News
