MSN Hotmail e-mail service attracted 50% of UK teenagers 12-17 group, which corresponds to 1.4 mln individuals, as measured by Nielsen//NetRatings. Girls are overtaking the boys and are better at keeping in touch with 58% using Hotmail. MSN's online chat service, MSN Messenger is also top with this age group, attracting 1.8 mln 12-17 year olds in December 2004.
