53% of UK businesses will increase IT spending in the next 12 months

53% of UK organizations envisage an increase in IT spending over the next 12 months, IDC says in their report on dynamic IT. IT spend is expected to grow by an average of 12% among respondents who anticipated an increase in their IT budgets. 94% of respondents stated that Dynamic IT has an impact upon their technology strategy. Storage is seen as the most suitable technology for Dynamic IT (90%), closely followed by hardware (79%). Most respondents associate servers (89%), storage (87%), and virtualization (85%) with Dynamic IT.
