$600 bln of counterfeit goods sold globally in 2004

According to World Customs Organization and Interpol, the total global trade in counterfeit goods increased in 2004 to more than $600 bln, or nearly 7% of all goods sold globally. As much as 90% of the music and movies sold in China are illegal copies.
