65% of US women and 67% of US men are online

ClickZ, a JupiterWeb online magazine, presents some research on US Internet demographics from JupiterResearch. 65% of women and 67% of men are online in 2005. By 2010, those numbers will jump to 73% and 74% respectively. 11.5 mln seniors 65+ are online in 2005, 20 mln by 2010. In 2004, nearly 85% of households with incomes of $75,000 or more had Internet access, compared to only 36% of households with incomes under $15,000. By 2010 98% of households with incomes of $75,000 or more will have Internet access, compared to only 43% with incomes under $15,000.
