Only 88.5% of business opt-in e-mail newsletters get actually delivered by ISPs, according to Lyris Technologies. Spamcop.net topped the Lyris survey with 97.3%, CompuServe was second with 96.7% and RoadRunner took third place with 96.4%. Google's Gmail service was near the bottom with 79.1% of the opt-in messages being delivered to inboxes.
