ZDNet reader, MGP2, posted this original poem, called "Tis the day before Christmas," in a Talkback. For the entire ZDNet gang, I want to thank him and all our readers. Hope you're enjoying the holidays!

Tis the day before Christmas, and all throughout ZD Not a blogger was ranting, no, not even Kingsley(-Hughes) The blogs were all posted on the internet with care In hopes that some talkbacks soon would be there The bloggers were nestled all snug in their forum With visions of respondents showing decorum Larry, the chief, talks of Friendfinder’s debt MaryJo says Microsoft search has a ways to go yet Every email, ‘cept Google has Mr. Rogers bitter “The Shorty Awards” have made Jennifer all a-Twitter Roland tells how some veggies fight cancer “Just for humans”, I wonder? Not Donner or Dancer? “IE8’s Hall of Shame”, is detailed in Ed’s chatter Since I only use Firefox, that really don’t matter And Michael reminds us “From failure, see cheer” Paul says “Merry Christmass” (Yep, TWO S’s there) Jason says “Tough Love” comes with OpenSuse Seems poor quality makes this blog post so juicy

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse Comes a talkback from me with corny holiday verse I wrote down some rhymes, so lively and quick Some might get a chuckle, while some might get sick. More rapid than blog posts on ZD they came To score brownie points, I’ll now name some names Go Diaz, yay Dignan, wow Foley, hey Koman Right Naraine, yah Danchev, O’Donnell, and Dawson
