AAPT has signed an agreement to resell Hutchison 3G Australia (H3GA) mobile services from early next year as part of its suite of small business market offerings.

The company, whose parent, the Telecom Group, has a 19.9 percent stake in H3GA and a seat on the H3GA board, claimed in a statement the deal would give it "undeniable advantages in the hotly contested business market".

A spokesperson for AAPT said while the deal initially involved reselling H3GA services, it may rebrand the offerings at a later date.

The company recently started offering flat-rate priced voice over Internet Protocol services.
