Q3 looks to be the most robust, with a rate of 10.9% that will cool off to 7.7% by Q4. By media, the Internet will lead the way in percentage growth, with jump of nearly 16%, followed by spot TV at 14.3%. Network TV, the biggest single recipient of ad dollars, will be up 9.8% and cable should rise 9.9%.
