Adobe bundles up graphics, publishing tools
Adobe is taking a buy one-buy all approach to its software, offering specially priced bundles for its graphics and publishing tools.
The Adobe Graphics Collection for Windows 95 and NT brings together Photoshop 4.0 and Illustrator 7.0; Adobe says the combination is timely as both products have recently been revised to share identi-kit user interfaces and feature sets. Previously only available for Macintosh, the Graphics Collection will have a street price of about £599 + VAT.
Separately, Adobe's Publishing Collection for Windows 95, NT 4.0, Macintosh and Power Macintosh links Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker, Acrobat and, for the first time, Streamline image conversion and Dimensions 3D rendering tools. Expected street price is £895 + VAT.
