Amcom bought the company, which provides IP telephony products, in May 2010.

The company said that it had appointed an executive, Peter Neatnica, who has 10 years of NEC Australia experience under his belt, to head up the Amcom IP Tel business.

"We are delighted with the appointment of Peter Neatnica as Group Executive IP Tel, and believe he has the leadership qualities and business acumen to drive our growth objectives," Amcom chief executive officer Clive Stein said in a statement.
