Chinese website IT168 has some slides detailing the card:
The card comes into the lineup between the HD 5770 "little brother" and the HD 5850 "big brother."
One thing that stands out in that spec is the power draw of 175W - 24W more than the HD 5850 and only 13W less than the HD 5870, which might indicate that this card shares a heritage with the HD 5870.
