An SEC filing (discovered by 9to5Mac) reveals that incoming Senior VP of retail Angela Ahrendts will receive a stock grant of 113,334 shares of AAPL stock.

According to Form 4, filed on May 5, 2014, the AAPL shares will vest over four years as follows:

  • 26% on June 1, 2014
  • 32% on April 1, 2015
  • 21% on July 18, 2015
  • 15% on June 14, 2016
  • 3% on June 14, 2017
  • 3% on June 14, 2018

At today’s price of over $600 per share that comes out to just over $68 million. The grant is slightly more than the 100,000 Apple shares awarded to former retail chief John Browett before he was fired in October 2012.
