We’re looking for one or two paragraphs in first-person that detail your own IT horror story. What’s the worst IT meltdown you’ve encountered, and how did you fix it? Of course, we need it by end of day tomorrow. I’m happy to list it anonymously if you don’t want your name or company mentioned.
