Apple mulls NT, Intel options

Apple CEO and chairman Gilbert Amelio said yesterday he was considering licensing Windows NT from Microsoft and would also mull the possibility of making the Next-based Rhapsody operating system run on Intel as well as PowerPC chips. The remarks came at a meeting for investors and analysts in California.
