CeBIT is into full gear today, starting with Asus' announcement of a trio of new N-series laptops: the N43, N63 and N73 (pictured above). While details are sparse, the already-revealed specs are pretty good.

The new Asus laptop triplets feature are powered by i3/i5/i7 Intel Core processors. There will also be USB 3.0 ports, although it hasn't been specified how many there will be, or if there is only one USB 3.0 port and the rest are 2.0.

One of the highlighted features is the implementation of the Bang & Olufsen ICEpower audio system, which will probably bump up the price of these notebooks considerably. Asus claims the N-series laptops will be "affordable," so either they're going to be practically giving these away or maybe they've skimped on other specs we don't know about yet.

Other than that, we'll have to wait for some details to leak out of CeBIT during the week - namely price and a release timeline.
