BlackBerry Bold coming to AT&T on November 4th

The BlackBerry Bold is available now in select countries, but there have been a few delays getting it out in the U.S. It looks like that is no longer the case as AT&T just announced that the Bold will be available on Tuesday, 4 November, for as low as US$299.99 (with qualifying plan and contract).

The BlackBerry Bold is available now in select countries, but there have been a few delays getting it out in the U.S. It looks like that is no longer the case as AT&T just announced that the Bold will be available on Tuesday, 4 November, for as low as US$299.99 (with qualifying plan and contract).

The BlackBerry Bold is the first 3G GSM BlackBerry available in the U.S. (there have been 3G CDMA devices with EVDO support) and takes the BlackBerry consumer focus to another level. The Bold has a 480x320 pixels resolution display, 624 MHz processor, integrated GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi, 1GB on board memory and microSD card slot for support of up to 16GB more, and 2 megapixel camera. It runs the latest version of the BlackBerry OS as well. AT&T is also throwing in support for their services, which includes TeleNav navigation, Cellular Video, and AT&T Mobile Music.

I enjoy using my BlackBerry Curve on T-Mobile, but now that I am using the T-Mobile G1 with that SIM maybe I should get a Bold to use with my AT&T SIM card. Have any readers played with the Bold yet and what do you think of the device?
