There is an attorney who happens to be a prolific blogger that happened to be at Black Hat last week. It turns out she helped Mike Lynn through his hassles with Cisco and ISS. It sounds like he pretty much capitulated to their demands. Who can blame him as big companies have infinite resources compared to an individual for legal harassment.
