Bristol seeks access to Caldera documents
Magistrate Judge Ronald Boyce continued until Friday a hearing on a request by Bristol Technology Inc. for access to all of the documentation in the Caldera Inc. vs. Microsoft Corp. antitrust case.
Bristol levied an antitrust suit against Microsoft last August for alleged failure to make good on its source-code licensing terms for NT and related Win32 programming interfaces. "We feel these cases are all linked. They're centred around Microsoft seeking to maintain and extend their monopoly," said Bristol CEO Keith Blackwell.
