It's confirmed: Verizon's unlimited data plans will no longer be available to new customers starting July 7, as Ricardo reported last month.
The new tired pricing initially revealed by AndroidCentral is spot on (a more updated chart is above), as Verizon spokeswoman Brenda Raney just confirmed to FierceWireless what Verizon's capped, monthly data plans will look like after Thursday:
- $30 for 2 GB per month
- $50 for 5 GB per month
- $80 for 10 GB per month
- Overage charge: $10 per GB of data over the monthly limit.
- [Update:] $10 for 75 MB per month for feature phones owners only, as told to ThisIsMyNext by Phil from FierceWireless.
