SINGAPORE - CalendarONE today announced the availability of its Web-based reservations systems to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and associations worldwide.

The company, which also hosts a network of online city-centric event guides for the Asia-Pacific region, has been providing similar registration and ePayment solutions to clubs and organisations since 1998, and is diversifying its client base. It has a joint venture with SCS Computer Systems in Malaysia, Sdn Bhd, and is also marketing the system via its regional office in Hong Kong.

Having successfully implemented the system in organisations like the Nanyang Technological University, Nanyang Polytechnic, SAFRA Golf and Country Club, Civil Service Club and Sembawang Country Club, the company has further extended its reach to cater to SMEs in a variety of industries, as well as business and leisure associations.

CalendarONE's online reservations and epayment solutions enable any organisation to manage their personnel database, resource and facility bookings, and online payments and subsequent tracking easily and efficiently. For example, an employee wanting to book the office's meeting room and AV equipment can do so on the move or after office hours through the Internet. A country club can collect and track its members' subscriptions easily using the system, without having to keep stacks of paper-based records.
