Come join my VoIP online "focus group"

Unlike carbon-world (as opposed to silicon world) focus groups, we are not meeting in real space. So no coffee, cookies, and nice $50 checks.

That's because we are going to do this online. And online, the only cookies that are served aren't the baked variety.

But this won't take two hours, either. Might not even take you two minutes.

I have two questions for you:

Question 1:

Do you prefer softphones or router-based solutions? If so, why?

Question 2:

Say you are choosing between two similarly priced VoIP companies. One hasone-time set-up fee, say $29.99. The other does not. Would that set-up fee be a deal-breaker for you?
