Compaq puts service finder on Web
Compaq UK has launched a tailored Web search engine for locating service and support help.
The firm said its UK Service and Support Locator offers access to over 100 Compaq System Service Providers and Service Providers, speeding the initial point of contact with resellers offering the right expertise and support packages. Users can tap in requirements and the search engine examines a database based on research conducted by Intelmark.
Selection criteria include size and nature of customer's business, geographical location, and specific needs.
