DoubleClick hires gov't liaison

Internet advertising firm DoubleClick Inc. (Nasdaq: DCLK) has named a director of public policy and government affairs. Josh Isay, who formerly served as chief of staff to Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY), will coordinate DoubleClick's efforts on public policy matters and "work to build Silicon Alley's overall presence in Washington," the company said. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNet News
