And the big news of the week was New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's resignation and how IT played a big role in bringing down a prostitution ring that counted Spitzer as a customer.

Finally, we look at the semantic Web and how it could threaten Google at some point in the future--at least that's what Yahoo is hoping.
