EMEA app dev market up 7% in 2004

The Europe, Middle East and Africa application development software market grew nearly 7% to more than $1.3 bln in 2004. IBM remained the market share leader at nearly 37%, despite low single-digit growth from 2003 through 2004, Gartner says.
