Meta Security Group Inc. is now helping corporations ensure the safety of their e-business assets. The independent security consultancy launched last month SecuritE-Guard, a threat and vulnerability management service that monitors corporate networks and systems for variances in security policy and configuration.

All services are performed remotely over the Internet by Meta Security, of Alpharetta, Ga., to discover and correct weaknesses in organizations' e-commerce and telecommunications infrastructures. Meta Security also helps clients monitor networks, design security programs, and assess policies and standards.

Meta Security, which is funded in part by Meta Group Inc., can be reached at (678) 250-1250 or www.metagroup.com/secgru.
