Company hit by resignations as accounts probe begins...

Three senior executives have walked out of network equipment specialist Entrasys after the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) began investigating its accounts. The company's chairman and two other top executives have resigned soon after the company, formerly known as Cabletron Systems, announced it will be delaying its fourth quarter results as a result of the SEC probe. The company has appointed an interim CEO - William O'Brien from PricewaterhouseCoopers - and a new president, Yuda Doron from Computer Associates.
