FBI corners hacker 'Coolio'

American youth has PC confiscated by FBI

The FBI team investigating the recent distributed Denial of Service attacks on major .com sites confiscated the computer of a 17-year-old American youth on Thursday. According to reports, the FBI is considering charging the boy, known only as 'Coolio', with computer-related crimes.

Coolio has already confessed to redirecting traffic from security company RSA's Web site to a defaced page at a South American university, according to the Associated Press news service.
