Harvey confirmed yesterday that he's instructed his online team to turn over $100 million of revenue in the next three years with a view to earn $1 billion within a decade.
When asked by ZDNet Australia how the business would achieve the $1 billion result, Harvey said, "We'll just get there somehow or other. How I do it is my business.
"For me, running out and telling people how I do things isn't going to help me."
He said that keeping his cards close to the chest is not about keeping a competitive edge; rather, he thinks that going into his plans isn't worthwhile.
"My problem is I've got everyone and his dog ringing me to talk about f***ing online, and it never stops!
"I've got work to do and ... everyone wants to talk about f***ing online!"
