Those V1agra ads surely bring in some good revenue, since health care and drugs accounted for 40% of unsolicited e-mails in April 2004. Once the customer is satisfied with the size, he should get another mortgage (37.8% of junk e-mails pitched just that) or buy more stuff (12.8% ads were product-related). Pornography accounted for 4.8% and hardcore spammers preferred to go business-to-business route by pitching their services (0.2%).
