Help, someone is stealing my Googjuice

A friend, who happens to know IT security inside and out, searched on "BTL Dignan" and noticed the third Google result led to a spyware site, Webwarper.net. Apparently, this spyware outfit is using ZDNet's page rank on Google (also known Googjuice) to find some victims in a variation of splogging. Go to the site and you get nothing but spyware evil designed to ruin your computer. Luckily, Google stops the search before you go too far, but it would be nice to thwart the likes of Webwarper.net ahead of time. Anyone have ideas to prevent this? I'm all ears.
