In the first half of 2004, high performance computing revenues increased by 39% to $3.4 bln. Unit shipments nearly doubled (a 98% increase) to 70,190 units. For the full year, the HPC market added about $1 bln in revenue. The average selling price for HPC declined 30% to $40,100.
