HP and Symantec buy and bundle

Hewlett-Packard (HP) has completed the acquisition of Symantec's networking business unit, which will now be incorporated into HP's OpenView system and network management business, while Symantec's pcAnywhere 32 for Windows 95 and NT is being bundled with HP's NetServer E-Series.
