The LaserJet 6P (£685 + VAT) and LaserJet 6MP (£845 + VAT) are aimed at the small office and will succeed the LaserJet 5 range. The new models print 600dpi at 8ppm and offer a 33 per cent performance leap on the LaserJet 5s, according to HP. Also included is 4Mb/sec infra-red connection and 350-sheet input capacity. The 6MP adds PostScript 2 support.

HP also replaced its big-selling OfficeJet LX with the OfficeJet Model 350 (£650 + VAT). The all-in-one printer, fax, copier and scanner boasts new features which include 300dpi scanning, one-touch keys and OCR text editing software.

HP can be contacted by telephone on 0990-474747.
