IBM loses French labor law battle

Eleven former IBM employees won a lawsuit Tuesday against IBM France, which was ordered by a French labor tribunal to pay out a total of 1.2 million francs in compensation, damages and court costs.

Eleven former IBM employees won a lawsuit Tuesday against IBM France, which was ordered by a French labor tribunal to pay out a total of 1.2 million francs in compensation, damages and court costs.
