Leaving in a few hours to go down to CTIA-The Wireless Association show.

My special interest is in the VoIP Mobility Conference, which takes place on Tuesday. Here's a preview of what will be talked about. If you have any questions you want me to ask the panelist/experts, please let me know. I'llbe buttonhole-ing them during Q-A, during walk-up after their presentations, at their booths, maybe even during the receptions (hey, I'm working, club soda only)

Hot button topics include:

Voice over Wi-Fi;

Voice over Wi-Fi ad 3G;

Networking challenges inherent in seeking VoIP mobility;

The role of IP Multimedia Systems in encouraging IP devices to interoperate;

Consumers, and their migration from landline to these solutions;

Trends in E911 location determination, not only for mobile VoIP but for cell and mobile WiFii, and

My favorite:

Smooth handoff between cell, WiFi and others.

Although the VoIP Mobility conference is Tuesday I will be staying for some of the actual exhibition on Wednesday.

Look for some posts during the day, and especially in the evening after I have a chance to digest it all (the trend stuff and maybe a bit of chow to power this blogger's able but occasionally over-stimed brain).

My colleague Marguerite Reardon has a very informative preview of the overall CTIA conference.
