In 2005 women will outspend men in consumer electronics purchases

Women now head 33 mln households, up from 21 mln in 1980. In the past 30 years, men's median income went up just 0.6%, while women's has soared 63%. In 2005, for the first time, women are expected to outspend men in the $122 bln market, according to CEA.
