It's getting close to launch time for the Kinect for Xbox 360. Thus, Microsoft has announced a portfolio featuring 17 titles set to debut next month alongside this gaming system.

Pricing seems to hover between with $39.99 and $59.99, with most games focused on exercise, sports and dance.

A few of the big titles that stand out include Sonic Free Rider and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1: The Video Game, the latter of which will convienetly roll out before the first installment of the saga's final film opens during the middle of the month.

Many more games are expected to launch next year. But some of the anticipated ones, like Star Wars Kinect, won't even debut until after the next holiday season. (Although that one might also be timely for when Star Wars starts hitting the big screen in 3D in 2012.)

The Kinect is all set to pop up on shelves on November 4. The device will retail by itself for $149.99 or as part of the Xbox 360 250GB special edition bundle for $399. That kit includes a copy of Kinect Adventures, so be sure not to buy that individually if you're getting the bundle.
