Insignia rolls out SoftWindows 4.0 for Mac
Macintosh users can now manipulate PC files from the Internet, according to Insignia Solutions, which has started shipping version 4.0 of its SoftWindows 95 for Power Macintosh software.
Insignia claims the software is Internet-ready with Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 built in. It also incorporates Microsoft Office Viewers to enable Mac users to access and read PC documents on the Internet and intranets. The product supports Adobe Acrobat, RealAudio, Macromedia Shockwave, Java and ActiveX.
