Interliant buys consultancy

Interliant Inc. recently acquired Daily-E Corp., a small consulting company based in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., specializing in business re-engineering and application development. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Company officials said Interliant, known as a Web hosting company and an application service provider, made the buy in order to expand its hosting and implementation services portfolio, which is based on platforms from Microsoft Corp.
