Internet ad spending up 34% in Q3 2005

Spending on Internet advertising rose 34% in Q3 2005 to $3.1 bln from Q3 2004, setting a quarterly record and bolstering expectations that the market could exceed $12 bln in 2005, Interactive Advertising Bureau and PricewaterhouseCoopers said.
