Interwoven gets new VP of sales (AP)

Interwoven Inc., a provider of content infrastructure software, today announced the appointment of Anurag Srivastava as vice president of Asia Pacific, sales and operations.

Anurag Srivastava Interwoven Inc., a provider of content infrastructure software, has appointed Anurag Srivastava as vice president of Asia Pacific, sales and operations.

Srivastava will be responsible for the establishment and expansion of Interwoven’s content infrastructure business in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing the company’s sales, professional services, technical support and customer training for the region.

Srivastava has over 12 years of experience in managing and building Asian operations for leading technology companies. Prior to joining Interwoven, Srivastava was vice president, Asia Pacific sales and operations at Mirror Image Internet, a provider of Internet content delivery solutions. Before that he was vice president, South Asian Operations at Parametric Technology. He started his career in sales with HCL Hewlett Packard India and was promoted to regional manager, before relocating to Singapore in 1993 to establish HCL Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of HCL Hewlett Packard Ltd.

Srivastava holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
