JooJoo tablet PC delayed; touchscreen issues to blame

Fusion Garage announced on Friday that its JooJooInternet tablet would be delayed due to a manufacturing issue with its 12.1-inch display.

The capacitive touchscreen display issue has to do with "fine tuning" its touch sensitivity, according to the company. CSL is the startup's manufacturing partner.

The tablet was originally promised to consumers at the end of February. The JooJoo will now ship on March 25.

The company said it will provide all customers who pre-ordered the device with "a free JooJoo accessory" to compensate for the delay.
