Links and Bold

From time to time, I add bold and/or italics to posts. I also link when I feel it is appropriate, perhaps less than others. Today, I was catching up on my Bloglines reading, and happened to notice a new link and additional bold in my last post. The link was to Fresh Choice, only the second link in the column, and it frankly sticks out like a sore thumb. If you notice the last graf of the story, you may infer that I wanted only one link, not a commercial for Fresh Choice. You would be right.
I have less of a problem with the bold section, although I noticed a citation in a trackback that referred to that section as bolded by me, which it wasn't. Often I appreciate the unnamed editor who adds these bold sections for ZDNet style, and links for additional value. This time, no.
