Linux distributor MandrakeSoft has lost CEO Henri Pool and CTO Jean-Loup Gailly, but denied allegations it was axing jobs.

The company lost both executives in the same day, and quickly replaced installed MandrakeSoft president Jack Le Marois as CEO. A spokesman for the company said: "Both executives left on their own accord because they both wanted to pursue their own interests. We are not going thorough any major restructuring."
