Microsoft Corp. will discontinue production of its TaxSaver software after this year, and will instead work with H&R Block, the company said today. Under the three-year deal, H&R Block will become the exclusive Web and desktop-based tax preparation program associated with Microsoft's MSN, MoneyCentral and Microsoft Money products.
